This live build project was to design and build a shelter in Wiston Lodge, the outdoor centre.

This is the concept and design development process, including scale models, testing joints and frames as wells as picking the materials.

 
After the design phase we prefabricate the final panels in the workshops and then assembled them onsite

After completion we were asked to re-imagine the original design and create a different experience with the shelter. We moved the shelter to different places, rotating, altering and taking apart the original design to create something new.
